Very useful, easy to setup and use. Use it all the time to control hot water furnace heat, a forced air AC, and ductless mini-split units through RedLink Gateway.

We have had this product in place for about two years in our northern residence. We recently bought a place in Florida and installed one there. The only feature that the system lacks is an alarm type notification that will let you know when your house is too cold or too hot, depending on the season and location.

Great to have remote access. However, recently network has gone down during the day. Never happened before. Other, 5 stars.

This is an absolutely wonderful system. Being able to adjust the temperature in my home from downstairs or on vacation is a wonderful attribute. Particularly in homes that require a little supervision of the humidity, it is a great service not only a convenience. One can receive alerts which allow great control of the environment.

Ive in using this thermostat for years. It has worked perfectly every time up until today. Download new app and bingo everything is perfect again. Its nice to sit in Florida by the pool. And watch my house up north in the snow while controlling the boiler temperature or even turning it off automatically if the temp rises enough.

I love the app and the thermostat. Its so convenient to be able to turn the AC off when we leave for the day and turn it back on before we come home. Even better is controlling the temperature from my phone from bed. No more getting out of bed at 2:00am to adjust the temperature from downstairs.

Have it a short while. So far it is working great. Great idea.

Very easy to setup and use. My previous thermostat went crazy and had the house at 99F while we were away for the day. Nice to have the option of this thermostat and app.

Easy installation and operation.

I have gas baseboard heat and central air This thermostat let me know that that my boiler wasnt working. It sent me email alerts telling me that the temperature in my house had dropped to where i needed to be concerned. I was 1800 miles away at the time. I wouldnt trade this device for anything else. Well any other brand. I have friends that bought other (N--t) brands and swapped for this

I love it saves money and keeps the house comfortable when I arrive. Honeywell was easy to work with to get the previous home owners unregistered so I could register it.

A teriffic app, I just love the control I have from anywhere.

It is a very easy to use app (that could use a few more features to it) & the units thermostat system (that could have a few more features to it as well). It is a nice money-saving thermostat system as well...kudos to Honeywell! As of right now, I havent had any problems that Ive read about here so far with my unit (he knocks on wood) and Ive had it up and running for just over a month now. I do like the systems ability to change my heat pump at home from the TotalControl website or through this app, or by the thermostats programmable schedule. I get daily email from my electrical provider with my estimated usage for the previous day. Ive went from $4-$5 a day, to $2-$3 a day on my electrical usage ... which is because of the new thermostat and this app ...Thanks again Honeywell!

Not one problem or hiccup, ever!

Ive only had this for a week, but very pleased. Easy to install, setup and use.

I am a guy who loves buttons. This works well on wifi. However, slow at times depending on cell network signal but effective. Great to operate from sofa or away from home. Forgot to turn heat down/off after leaving home? Np. Want home warm and cozy or cool before you arrive? Np. Set up was time consuming because I have never done it before. But after a few youtube vids, np. Wise purchase. Home automation is getting better. Lights, doors and etc. will be awsome. No buyer remorse.

Nice work Honeywell! Good thermostats, good app! Minor quibble - if you have two thermostats set up, navigation is different on iPhone and iPad and could stand a bit of improvement on both. And an indication on all screens of which thermostat youre looking at would be a big help!

The app works great, easy setup and interface is intuitive.
