Works well

The app works great but it REALLY needs to be optimized for the iPhone 6S Plus screen size.

Love this

My old programmable thermostats kept malfunctioning and turning things on when I wasnt home. Adding the new thermostats changed that and this app lets me cook or heat the upstairs just before going upstairs. Great help

I believe this will be our second year with the thermostat. Its great to be able to check an maintain home temp. I wish their was away to place humidity and temperature sensors like in basement. Having whole house fan circulates reduces cost by able to have inside temp higher without sacrificing comfort.

App Works Great!

Ive had the thermostat and this app for about 8 months through most of the winter and into the summer. We havent used the AC much but the app worked well for heating. What a luxury to check temp and reset things from afar...or sometimes just from our bed! I cant recall a single app performance issue so no complaints so far, including auto re-connects after a few power failures.

It does the job. But every 8 weeks it fails to recognize Internet. I have to delete the APP, re-install and it works. I do not use the voice feature.

Works as advertised!

Works like it is supposed to. I have had this thermostat for about a year now and each update progressively gets better and better. Wouldnt change a thing!

Love the convenance of controlling our units from our smart phones or iPads.

Fantastic Product

The set up was easy after getting the thermostats installed. I have two panels and they work effortlessly with each other. I love the app because I can change the temperature from my bedroom without getting up. Great investment.

Overall very good. Just needs two more features to be 5 stars. One is the ability to email you a warning if the temp gets too cold or too hot, based on a user setting. When away from home I would want to know if the furn stops working. With the technology of this unit it should be able to do this without manually having to look. Two is for an percentage adjustment for the circulate fan. I have had my furn fan on for the last few years to help maintain an even temp on both levels. I probably dont need it on all the time but I tried the 35% circ mode and that was not enough.

Now we can manage our HVAC at our vacation home remotely. We can change it when coming so its comfortable when we arrive.

Love this app. Made setting up my schedule a breeze and took me only a couple of minutes. I really like how I can see when my AC system is actually running so I can monitor it for potential problems since I just bought the house. Its also nice to be able to see the temperature at any time since my phone is almost always by my side. My wife gets cold at night sometimes either of us can make adjustments without ever getting out of bed. I run the app on 2 phones with no issues. Highly recommend.

So Great and Should Have Done Long Time Ago

These are really smart, today and excellent. The fact that they are wifi is perfect and they work exactly as described. My favorite new toys. Give weather forecast for 5 days too.

This app is so easy to use with our thermostat! Our beach house is 3 1/2 hours away and we love being able to adjust the temperature before we get there.

My new thermostat and comfort interface was installed yesterday and so far I really love it. Being able to control my HVAC system remotely is a huge improvement. Just this morning, I adjusted my heat from bed, so that my home would be the right temp when it was time to get up. The app is extremely easy and straightforward to use.

Works . . . But

Ive never had a problem with it till recently. Every time I open the app it tells me some information wasnt received on a date way in the past. I have no idea what its talking about or why. Its like, come on, man. Thats in the past. Lets just get along. I dont hold grudges. Thats like, your opinion, man.

Doesnt work, no troubleshooting, help or support available

When the app starts, it reports that the phone is not connected to the Internet and aborts login. Of course, the phone is indeed connected. Whether LTE or WiFi, it always reports no connection. Ive tried rebooting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I googled and found a few other instances of this problem, but no one had a solution. Seems to work for most it seems, so not sure what the problem is, and there is nothing useful on Honeywells website, and nobody to contact.
