Great thermostat and app

This is year 3 of this thermostat and what a great feature. We have been out and remembered that the heat was still on. A quick logging in and the heat was reduced.
We at the airport returning home from vacation, and saw that there was a storm at home and raising the temp was a snap.
We did have an issue where it said it was not connected to the internet, but all I had to do was reprogram the thermostat like a new installation. A no brainer for sure
